Cruz: Poland Called Biden’s Bluff on MiGs, Biden Won’t Give Jets Because They’re ‘Resigned’ to Russian Victory

"Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) discussed the Biden administration’s rejection of Poland’s plan to
transfer MiGs to Ukraine and stated that the administration doesn’t think Ukraine can win and tried to push the blame onto Poland for not sending the MiGs and Poland called the administration’s bluff.
Cruz stated, “Zelensky said what they need more than anything is control of the air. The Russians right now have air dominance and they need fighter jets. Now, Poland has these MiGs. Poland was more than happy to offer these MiGs to the Ukrainians. And here’s where the Biden administration screwed it up: The Biden administration doesn’t want fighter jets to go to Ukraine. They don’t believe Ukraine can win and they’re resigned, they have a defeatist attitude. They believe Russia will win. And so, what the Biden administration was doing is they were saying, gosh, Poland is a sovereign country, it’s up to Poland whether or not they give these MiGs. And so, they were blaming Poland for not sending the MiGs. Poland, last night, called the Biden administration’s bluffs and said, here are the MiGs, give them to the Ukrainians, great with us. … But the Biden administration can’t decide if they think there’s a prayer Ukraine can win or not and so they’re dragging their feet on the jet aircraft that Ukraine desperately needs.” Breitbart

Psaki Gaslights: Claims Ukraine Biolabs A ‘Conspiracy Theory’ Despite State Department Confirming Their Existence

"Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki falsely claimed in a long-winded diatribe that biological research facilities in Ukraine are a “conspiracy theory” and “disinformation” despite Biden’s State Department confirming their existence just the day before.
We took note of Russia’s false claims about alleged U.S. biological weapons labs and chemical weapons development in Ukraine. We’ve also seen Chinese officials echo these conspiracy theories,” Psaki tweeted Wednesday.
Psaki went on to say that Russia is about to launch a “false flag operation” with biological weapons to blame on Ukraine, a talking point echoed by the State Department on Tuesday.
Psaki’s desperate remarks fly in the face of State Department Under Secretary of Political Affairs Victoria Nuland confirming during a Senate Foreign Relations committee hearing that Russia had in fact seized numerous biolabs in Ukraine.
Ukraine has biological research facilities which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach,” Nuland admitted.
Additionally, Nuland warned that with Russian forces in control of these facilities, they may stage a “false flag” attack to blame on Ukrainian forces.
It is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they are planning to do themselves,” Nuland stated.
As Infowars has exhaustively reported, the DoD has funded several biological research facilities in Ukraine under the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) program from 2008 to 2017, which were constructed and operated by U.S. firm Black & Veatch.
As investigative reporter Glenn Greenwald noted, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine boasted of the collaborative biolab efforts before suddenly scrubbing all evidence of the projects from its website." IW

US Won't Give Poland's Jets To Ukraine Over Concerns Putin Would See Move As "Escalatory"

"The United States won’t act on a proposal from Poland to take fighter jets from the ally and transfer them to Ukraine because of concerns Russian officials would view the move as “escalatory,” a U.S. official said March 9.
The intelligence community has assessed the transfer of MiG-29s to Ukraine may be mistaken as escalatory, and could result in significant Russian reaction that might increase the prospects of a military escalation with NATO,” John Kirby, the U.S. Department of Defense’s spokesman, told reporters in Washington.
Based on the assessment, with which Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin concurs, the military assesses the transfer as “high-risk” and will not carry it out, at least for now." ZH

Maternity hospital in Mariupol is bombed leaving children buried under rubble and mothers injured as Zelensky accuses world leaders of being 'accomplices to terror'

"A maternity hospital in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol has been decimated in a 'direct hit' by
Russian rockets leaving children buried in the rubble, President Zelensky has said, in what he described as an 'atrocity.'
Footage has emerged of badly wounded patients and nurses being evacuated from decimated buildings, while pregnant women were carried out on stretchers into a courtyard covered in rubble and littered with huge craters.
Zelensky himself posted a video showing the badly damaged hospital buildings, filmed inside a destroyed ward room with its windows blown out and ceiling partially collapsed. More footage showed a car park covered in rubble and the smouldering wrecks of vehicles as injured families staggered into the freezing air while snow fell.
'Direct strike of Russian troops at the maternity hospital. People, children are under the wreckage. Atrocity! How much longer will the world be an accomplice ignoring terror? Close the sky right now! Stop the killings! You have power but you seem to be losing humanity,' the President tweeted.
In a later interview with Sky News, Zelensky added that Russian invaders want Ukrainians 'to feel like animals' by preventing them from accessing food or water, and again implored NATO and the West to impose a no-fly zone over Ukraine." DM

Ukraine Bans Wheat & Grain Exports Vital To Global Food Supply, Citing Citizens Under Siege

"Ukraine, known as the "breadbasket of Europe" given it's long been among the world's top
ten wheat exporters and supplied over $6 billion in agricultural products to the European Union in 2020, has issued an emergency order Wednesday banning the export of grains and other products
The ban includes the export of wheat, oats, millet, buckwheat, sugar, live cattle, meat, and other products considered vital to the global economy. But amid wartime, and with Ukraine's government saying many of its citizens are now starving under Russian siege, Ukraine’s minister of agrarian and food policy Roman Leshchenko said the drastic action was taken to avert a "humanitarian crisis in Ukraine," stabilize the market and "meet the needs of the population in critical food products," according to the AP." "Approve Our Permits": US Oil Industry Responds After Biden Cuts Imports From Russia

"On March 8, while President Joe Biden announced a ban on Russian oil and gas imports, regular gasoline at one BP gas station on Chicago’s South Side was nearly $5 a gallon.
$25 is only giving you half a tank,” Dacia, a customer who was buying a few dollars of fuel, told The Epoch Times. “I probably have to go to Indiana to find somewhere else cheaper. People don’t really have that much money.
when the Biden administration has been pressed on rising gasoline prices, which have trended upward since November 2020, it has blamed Russia and exempted its own policies from fault.
At a March 4 press conference, White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters, “The reason why the price of gas is going up is not because of steps the president has taken. They are President [Vladimir] Putin is invading Ukraine, and that is creating a great deal of instability in the global marketplace.
In a Fact Check released on March 7, the Institute for Energy Research (IER) pointed out that oil exploration on federal lands rapidly declined under the Obama administration.
The reality is that federal lands vastly underperform on oil and gas production versus state and private lands because the federal government owns the majority of the mineral estate,” the IER wrote.
You can hold a lease without deciding to develop or produce it based on the economics of that lease. Companies have always made decisions based on lease economics,” Ingham said of TAEP. “To suggest they’re not going to offer more leases until companies drill what they have now—that’s making decisions on behalf of companies that the administration is neither qualified nor authorized to make.”
Tim Stewart, president of the U.S. Oil and Gas Association, had a straightforward response to Biden’s March 8 comments.
Cut the crap and approve our permits.””

Hundreds of Ships Trapped by Ukraine War, Endangering Sailors and Global Trade

"A missile struck the MV Banglar Samriddhi at 5:25 p.m. last Wednesday, killing one crew member and leaving several others badly burned, according to Bangladeshi crew members, their families and Ukrainian authorities. She was the fifth merchant ship to be hit by artillery off the coast of Ukraine since the Russian invasion.
The war in Ukraine has severely hampered navigation in the Black Sea, with far-reaching consequences for international transport and global supply chains. Dozens of cargo ships are stuck in the Ukrainian port of Mykolaiv, marine trackers said. According to maritime historians, more than 3,500 sailors are stranded on some 200 ships in Ukrainian ports, according to London-based maritime tracker Windward Ltd.
The result is the closure of the world’s second largest grain exporting region. Ukraine accounts for 16% of world corn exports and, together with Russia, 30% of wheat exports. World wheat prices have jumped more than 55% since the week before the invasion.
This shock to the global grain supply is the biggest supply shock since the OPEC oil cuts in the 1970s,” said Salvatore Mercogliano, a professor at Campbell University in North Carolina and a former sailor. trader. “It will mean food shortages in the Middle East and Africa, and inflation around the world.” MichaelSavage.com
