Also on the list is Kevin Olival of the US-based EcoHealth Alliance non-profit organization, who was directly involved in the implementation of Pentagon projects to study zoonotic diseases spread by bats." Mysterious Chinese Bio-Lab Discovered In Remote California City

"Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, CA in the central San Joaquin Valley?

What was supposed to be an empty building used only for storage was home to a black-market type of lab testing facility.

YourCentralValley.com reports that the discovery was made after a local code enforcement officer noticed this garden hose poking out a back wall of the building.

Public Health staff also observed blood, tissue and other bodily fluid samples and serums; and THOUSANDS of vials of unlabeled fluids and suspected biological material.

Additionally they found 900 genetically engineered mice, engineered to catch and carry COVID-19, living in “inhumane” conditions.....773 of the mice had to be euthanized, and officials found another 178 mice already dead.

“This is an unusual situation. I’ve been in government for 25 years. I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested the substances and detected at least 20 potentially infectious agents, including coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes....Agents also found thousands of package boxes - many with shipping labels from China.  

The other addresses provided for identified authorized agents were either empty offices or addresses in China that could not be verified.

"Specifically, the Russian MOD claims the U.S. and other NATO nations have been
engaged in illegal military-biological projects within Ukraine.

The U.S. Defense Department’s Biological Threat Reduction Program has provided funding to biolabs in Ukraine since then-Senator Barack Obama struck a deal back in 2005.

In a suspicious move, the US Embassy in Ukraine deleted documents related to the biolabs from its website when the story gained international attention.

The Russian government previously linked Hunter Biden, George Soros, the Pentagon & CDC to the biolabs, claiming, “The main objective of this project was to carry out a molecular analysis of particularly dangerous infections endemic to Ukraine.”

Germany involved in ‘military biological activities’ in Ukraine

Government has been implementing the German Biosecurity Programme (GBP) which includes partnership projects with government agencies and research organisations in focus countries, which Ukraine became part of in 2014, the year of Maidan. German specialists from the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces (Munich), Friedrich Loeffler Institute (Greifswald-Riems Island), Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine (Hamburg) and the Robert Koch Institute (Berlin), which specialise in research of deadly biological agents, are engaged in practical activities.

According to the German Federal Foreign Office, the third phase of the GBP will be implemented in 2020-2022. We can infer from the publicly available materials that the GBP’s stated technical goals include, among others, the gathering of epidemic intelligence in third countries, including with the use of big data technology, and developing the infrastructure of partner countries for handling dangerous biological agents.

The Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine in Kharkov has been the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces’ main Ukrainian counterparty since 2016, which we know from its own data. "Emails from Hunter Biden's notorious laptop reveal that the first son helped secure millions of dollars for a DoD contractor - Metabiota - which specializes in researching pandemic-causing diseases that could be used as bioweapons, according to the Daily Mail, which obtained Hunter's emails.

On its face, Metabiota appears to be a simple medical data company - however a 2014 email from its Vice President to Hunter described how they could 'assert Ukraine's cultural and economic independence from Russia' - an odd goal for a biotech firm at the time Hunter's Dad was US point-man for Ukraine's 'reconstruction' involving the Obama administration.? US-Funded Bio Labs in Ukraine Conducted Research Into Bat Coronavirus

"The American authorities previously admitted that Ukraine hosts “biological research
facilities”, expressing concerns they could come under the control of Russian forces.The Russian Defence Ministry on Thursday announced that the US-funded biological labs located in Ukraine were conducting experiments with bat coronavirus samples.

“According to the documents, the American side planned to conduct work on pathogens of birds, bats, and reptiles in Ukraine in 2022, with a further transition to studying the possibility of carrying African swine fever and anthrax”, chief spokesman for the Ministry of Defence Major General Igor Konashenkov said.

In addition, the facilities were studying the possible spread of pathogens via wild birds, migrating between Russia, Ukraine, and other countries in the region.

“The purpose of this – and other Pentagon-funded biological research in Ukraine, was to create a mechanism for the covert spread of deadly pathogens”, he added." NW

Psaki Gaslights: Claims Ukraine Biolabs A ‘Conspiracy Theory’ Despite State Department Confirming Their Existence

"Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki falsely claimed in a long-winded diatribe that biological research facilities in Ukraine are a “conspiracy theory” and “disinformation” despite Biden’s State Department confirming their existence just the day before.

“We took note of Russia’s false claims about alleged U.S. biological weapons labs and chemical weapons development in Ukraine. We’ve also seen Chinese officials echo these conspiracy theories,” Psaki tweeted Wednesday.

Psaki went on to say that Russia is about to launch a “false flag operation” with biological weapons to blame on Ukraine, a talking point echoed by the State Department on Tuesday.

Psaki’s desperate remarks fly in the face of State Department Under Secretary of Political Affairs Victoria Nuland confirming during a Senate Foreign Relations committee hearing that Russia had in fact seized numerous biolabs in Ukraine.

“Ukraine has biological research facilities which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach,” Nuland admitted.

Additionally, Nuland warned that with Russian forces in control of these facilities, they may stage a “false flag” attack to blame on Ukrainian forces.

“It is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they are planning to do themselves,” Nuland stated.

As Infowars has exhaustively reported, the DoD has funded several biological research facilities in Ukraine under the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) program from 2008 to 2017, which were constructed and operated by U.S. firm Black & Veatch.
