Body of US Embassy attaché found dead in Ukraine hotel room

"A US Embassy employee has been found dead in a hotel in Kyiv, local media has reported.
The unnamed embassy attaché was found Tuesday at the Kyiv Hilton, according to online
newspaper Strana UA. "
Yesterday at about 11:00 a.m. the body of an attaché of the U.S. Embassy was found in a hotel room. No signs of violence were found on the body. The man arrived in Ukraine on June 15," one source said.
It comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky prepares to sign a security agreement with the European Union tomorrow. The deal includes an EU pledge to continue supplying weapons, training and other types of aid to Kyiv for several years. Combat engagements on front lines grows to 71, most of them in Pokrovsk sector

"71 combat clashes have occurred on the front lines in Ukraine, most of them in the Pokrovsk sector. In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy is attacking with the support of aircraft. Petropavlivka was attacked with unguided aerial missiles. The invaders dropped two bombs on Nadia. In total, the Russian army has launched almost 15 guided aerial bombs in this sector. Five enemy attacks near Stelmakhivka, Synkivka and Berestove have been repelled so far.
In the Lyman sector, the Russian army unsuccessfully attacked Ukrainian positions eight times throughout the day. Three more combat clashes are ongoing in the areas of Makiivka and Nevske. "The situation is under control," the General Staff added.
The Russian army is active in the Siversk sector. Fighting continues near Bilohorivka and Spirne.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy is attacking in the area of Chasiv Yar. The Ukrainian troops are repelling attacks at two locations. The Pokrovsk sector has seen the highest number of combat engagements since the beginning of the day, with the Russian army having already launched 20 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Yevhenivka, Sokil, Novoselivka Persha, Vozdvyzhenka and Prohres. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and repelled nine enemy attacks, 11 combat clashes are still ongoing.

Ukraine shoots down five enemy missiles, 23 UAVs overnight
