"Citizens of "a CIS [Š”ommonwealth of Independent States] country" have
opened fire on "volunteers" preparing to fight against Ukraine at a
training ground of the Western Military District in the Belgorod region;
11 people were killed in the attack and 15 were hospitalised......the "terrorists" fired on the unit’s personnel using small arms.....The two "terrorists" were killed by return fire, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported." UAP
