British supermarkets begin rationing vegetables

"The UK’s largest grocer, Tesco, has joined rivals Asda, Morrisons and Aldi by slapping limits on purchases of salad vegetables due to supply shortages, the company announced....Analysts say the current troubles stem from two reasons.
