"Dominique Bernard, a literature teacher in his 40s, was brutally killed at a high school inArras, France, by the fanatic who also stabbed up to four others. A knifeman was seen in the car park of a French school with a man wielding a chair. The attacker is alleged to be a 19-year-old "ISIS terrorist" and Chechen refugee named Mohamed Mogouchkov.
