All-clear given throughout Ukraine after landing of Russian fighter jet

"An all-clear was given throughout Ukraine

on the afternoon of 8 November after the landingof a MiG-31K fighter jet, which can carry Kh-47 Kinzhal hypersonic missiles; it had taken off in Russia but then landed without firing. The air-raid warning was initially issued in Kyiv and Vinnytsia Oblast and extended to cover the whole country soon afterwards." MS
