Russia targets Ukraine's civilian rail, injuries reported as Dnipro station suspends services

"Russia attacked Ukraine's civilian railway in Dnipro on April 19, injuring railway workers and causing the station to suspend services, Ukraine's state railway Ukrzalizytsia (UZ) reported.
