Kiev refuses to take back bodies of soldiers killed in Donbass stronghold

"Kiev has refused to accept the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers who died in the fighting over Konstantinovka – a key Donbass stronghold liberated earlier this week – the Russian Defense Ministry has said.
Moscow has offered a humanitarian pause to ensure the remains of the dead could be handed over to relatives and buried properly, it added.
The Defense Ministry made its proposal on Saturday through the existing security service channels, it said in a statement on Telegram. The
Ukrainian military was asked to halt the shelling of Konstantinova between 12:00 noon and 6:00 PM (Mocow time) on Monday to make the handover possible and inform the Russian command about their decision in advance.
“The Ukrainian side has rejected this proposal,” the Russian ministry said on Sunday.
The Kiev regime has done absolutely nothing so that the bodies of dead Ukrainian servicemen could be buried properly by their relatives,” the statement added, calling it “yet another” demonstration of the Ukrainian authorities treating soldiers as “cannon fodder.” RT

"A nearly 90-minute phone call between Presidents Trump and Putin on July 4th could signal
shifting White House priorities as the
Ukraine war seems to be fast heating up again.
Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said in comments made public Sunday that Trump offered Putin to help find a solution to the war in Ukraine.
"The American president once again confirmed his readiness to work towards a rapid end to the fighting and find solutions to overcome the crisis," Ushakov said of Trump's call. He called conversation "business-like and quite constructive."
The spokesman further stated that Russia sought "a political-diplomatic resolution of the conflict, with due account of Russia's fundamental approach."

most powerful tropical cyclones to impact the western Pacific this year. Strengthening into a Category 5 equivalent storm over exceptionally warm ocean waters, Bavi delivered destructive winds approaching 180 miles per hour near its core while producing dangerous gusts exceeding 200 miles per hour. Communities across
Guam, Rota, Saipan, and Tinian experienced life-threatening weather including widespread power outages, torrential rainfall, hurricane-force winds, coastal flooding, enormous waves, and flash flooding. The storm's powerful eyewall moved directly across portions of the Mariana Islands, damaging homes, uprooting trees, downing power lines, and creating hazardous travel conditions throughout the region. Emergency shelters opened ahead of landfall as officials urged residents to remain indoors while the dangerous conditions unfolded. Heavy rainfall continued for hours, increasing the threat of flooding and landslides across the islands." W
