In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, the Russians have launched seven attacks so far today, with two clashes still ongoing. On this front, Russia used nine guided bombs and carried out 91 shelling attacks, including two with multiple rocket launchers.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Ukrainian forces repelled three enemy attacks near Vovchansk, as well as toward Dvorichanske and Kolodiazne. Clashes continue.In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled ten attacks. The enemy attempted breakthroughs near Petropavlivka and Pishchane, toward Novoplatonivka and Novoosynove. Seven clashes remain ongoing.
In the Lyman sector, Russian forces attacked eight times near Torske, Karpivka, and Derylove, as well as toward Korovii Yar and Lyman. Two clashes are ongoing.
In the Sloviansk sector, Russian troops attempted to advance seven times, targeting areas around Yampil, Dronivka, Serebrianka, Pereizne, Siversk, and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, one enemy advance occurred near Chasiv Yar, but Ukrainian forces repelled it.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, ten enemy assaults were carried out near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Toretsk, and toward Sofiivka. Three clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy attempted 26 times to push Ukrainian defenders from positions near Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi In the Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, and Zvirove. Five clashes continue.
In the Oleksandrohrad sector, Russian forces tried to break through near Verbove, Pavlivka, and toward Orestopil, Rybne, and Oleksiivka. Five attacks were repelled, with one clash ongoing.
In the Huliaipole sector, Russian troops attacked three times near Novomykolaivka and toward Nove, and also carried out an airstrike on Zaliznychne.
In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy assault near Novoandriivka, while Russian aviation struck Lukianivske and Novoyakovlivka.

"Energy facilities in Russia's Oryol, Vladimir, and Yaroslavl oblasts were attacked overnight on Oct. 31, according to Russian officials and Telegram channels.The attacks reportedly targeted the Oryol thermal power plant (TPP), the region's largest generating source of electricity and heat; the Vladimir electrical substation, a critical Russian energy hub; and the Novo-Yaroslavsky oil refinery, the largest refinery in northernRussia.
Residents of the city of Oryol reported explosions during the night, the Russian opposition news channel Astra reported. Surveillance footage captured the attack on the plant, showing a large blast.
