Iran's IRGC Chief Salami Killed In Major Israeli Attack As War Erupting

"In a massive development via Iranian state sources, the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Major Gen. Hossein Salami has been killed in Israel's major Israeli attack on Tehran and other locations in Iran. Al Jazeera and regional media have reported at least six large explosions were observed in the Iranian capital of Tehran, as Israel confirms it has launched 'Operation Rising Lion' - which importantly Netanyahu in a televised address said "will continue for as many days" until the Iranian 'nuclear threat' is removed, and "as long as necessary".
There are unconfirmed reports that Iranian jets have been scrambled and that the Islamic Republic's inevitable retaliation has begun. Iran possesses an immense ballistic missile arsenal, many which can be launched from underground silos and deep below ground 'missile cities'. Developing:

Hamas Attacks Bus of Workers from American Aid Group in Gaza 5 Deaths Hostages Possible

"The Palestinian terrorist group Hamas attacked a bus full of aid
workers with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) on Wednesday, killing at least five local Palestinians who worked with the group.

Several members of the group may also have been taken hostage.
Hamas is opposed to the group’s operations because Hamas prefers to steal aid provided by the United Nations and to use it to control the population of Gaza."

US On High Alert In Anticipation Of Potential Israeli Strike On Iran, WaPo Reports

"The State Department has ordered all embassies within striking distance of Iranian assets -
including missions in the Middle East but also Eastern Europe and Northern Africa - to convene emergency action committees (EACs) and send cables back to Washington about measures to mitigate risks. The Associated Press also adds that the
US Embassy in Baghdad is preparing to order all nonessential personnel to leave due to potential regional unrest.
Meanwhile the WaPo - a conduit for the deep state - writes that "the
United States is on high alert in anticipation of a potential Israeli strike on Iran, with the State Department authorizing the evacuation of some personnel in Iraq and the Pentagon green-lighting the departure of military family members across the Middle East." ZeroHedge

Another 220 clashes on front lines in past 24 hours

"Ukrainian forces engaged in 220 combat clashes with Russian invading forces, with the heaviest fighting reported in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka sectors.
Russian
airstrikes targeted numerous settlements, including Liutivka, Petrivka, Vovchansk, and Okhrimivka in the Kharkiv region; Poltavka, Koptieve, Myrnohrad, Udachne, Oleksiivka, and Iskra in the Donetsk region; as well as Obratne, Olhivske, Huliaipole, Bilohiria, Novoandriivka, Veselianka, and Prymorske in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kharkiv sector,
Ukrainian forces repelled an enemy assault toward Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, 13
Russian attacks were repelled near Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and in the direction of Pishchane and Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman sector, 22 enemy assaults were reported near Nadiia, Karpivka, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Bilohorivka, and toward Olhivka, Stepove, Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Andriivka, Zelena Dolyna, and Torske.
In the Siversk sector, three
Russian attempts to advance near Hryhorivka and Verkhnokamianske were repelled.
In the Kramatorsk sector, five combat engagements were recorded, with
Russian troops trying to push toward Stupochky and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector,
Ukrainian forces withstood 21 attacks near Dyliivka, Toretsk, and Yablunivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the most intense fighting was recorded, with 62 enemy assaults repelled near Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Horikhove, Andriivka, and in the direction of Poltavka, Oleksiivka, and Muravka.
In the Novopavlivka sector,
Ukrainian forces repelled 46 attacks near Kostiantynopil, Bahatyr, Odradne, Komar, Vesele, Novosilka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, and toward Zaporizke, Myrne, and Zaporizhzhia.
In the Huliaipole sector, five
Russian attacks were reported near Malynivka.
In the Orikhiv sector, three enemy assaults were launched toward Pavlivka.
In the Dnipro River sector, the enemy launched one unsuccessful attempt to advance toward
Ukrainian positions.
In the Kursk sector, 27 engagements were observed. The enemy also carried out 19 airstrikes, using 40 guided bombs, and launched 268 shelling attacks, including six using MLRS." Ukrin
