Helicopters Collide Mid-Air
"Two crew members were killed after two firefighting helicopters collided in midair while
battling a fast-moving wildfire west of Athens, as Greece continues to grapple with a devastating stretch of blazes fueled by extreme heat and strong winds.
The Bell helicopters crashed over the Psatha area while working to contain the fire. Greek fire officials said each aircraft carried a two-person crew. Emergency responders pulled all four occupants from the wreckage.
A Greek fire service liaison officer and a Danish pilot were killed in the crash. The two survivors, a Greek national and a British national, were injured and taken to a nearby hospital." TP

"226 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded on the front lines.
Two combat engagements took place in the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors. The Russian Federation’s army carried out one airstrike, dropping one aerial bomb, and conducted 69 shelling attacks.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked 13 times in the Starytsia area and toward Izbytske, Lyman, Volokhivka, and Palamarivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, two Russian attacks took place in the area of Petropavlivka and toward Shyikivka.
