At least 19 tornadoes reported as severe storms hit North Dakota
"Severe storms swept across North Dakota on Sunday, triggering widespread flooding and multiple tornadoes in the south-central region of the state. Rainfall totals ranged from 50 to 150 mm (2 to 6 inches) across the region through Sunday. The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) received 22 tornado reports through Sunday, 19 of them in North Dakota. Two tornadoes were reported in South Dakota and one in Kansas. These are preliminary reports, and the actual numbers are likely to be higher." W
