According to Kherson Oblast Governor Oleksandr Prokudin, the first attack happened at around 7:00 a.m. local time, in the Dnipro district of the city. Two people — a municipal worker and a woman — were killed at the scene.
Seven others sustained injuries in the strike, though officials have not yet released details on their condition.

In the Chernihiv region, the settlements of Khrinivka, Dibrova, and Berylivka came under fire. Airstrikes targeted Vilna Sloboda, Kysla Dubyna, and Pustohorod.In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 62 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian positions, with one assault action recorded.
