The officially unknown object has been dubbed 3I/ATLAS and caught the attention of astronomers, including Harvard’s Avi Loeb, who has suggested that previous interstellar objects are relics from an extraterrestrial civilization." indy100

Thousands of Killed Ukrainian Troops Under Official Draft Age, Russian Hackers Reveal

"KillNet, a pro-Russian cyberactivist group famous for its DDoS attacks against digital
infrastructure of some
NATO countries, previously revealed that it had hacked the Ukrainian general staff's database containing information on killed and missing Ukrainian servicemen.
Among
1.7million reported Ukrainian war casualties, many killed between August and November 2023 were just 19–24—younger than the official draft age of 25, according to documents obtained by the KillNet hacker group.
This age group is technically only eligible for service under contract—including the heavily advertised
Ukrainian sweet deal” program for those 18–24.
Earlier, the hacktivist group announced that it had hacked the
Ukrainian general staff's database containing information on 1.7 million killed and missing Ukrainian servicemen.

Supercell storm carves 400-kilometre path of destruction across Alberta and Saskatchewan - Giant Hailstorm Destroy Homes, Cars in Alberta

"A violent long-track supercell storm tore across southern Alberta and west-central
Saskatchewan leaving a nearly 400-kilometre swath of damage in its wake and prompting critical alerts across the Prairies.

The Alberta storm that tore through the province is being called one of the worst weather disasters of the year. Packing hailstones up to 5 cm wide and winds near 90 km/h, the Alberta storm smashed windows, pummeled cars, and tore through entire neighborhoods, leaving them looking like disaster zones. This extreme Alberta storm also triggered flash flooding, uprooted trees, and caused major infrastructure failures across multiple communities. Meteorologists say the Alberta storm formed as cold northern air collided with warm southern fronts, fueling an explosive system that turned deadly." SW
