Indonesia at 20:50 UTC. The epicenter was located 109 km (68 miles) W of Gorontalo (population 198 539), and 174 km (108 miles) NNW of Luwuk, Indonesia.

172 clashes on frontline

"172 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded on the frontline.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors,
Ukrainian soldiers repelled 12 attacks by the invaders. The enemy also carried out nine air strikes, using 21 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 368 shelling attacks, six of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the enemy made 10 unsuccessful attempts to
advance in the areas of Vovchansk, Kamianka, Dvorichna, and toward Petro-Ivanivka.
Nine attacks by the invaders were launched in the Kupiansk sector. Defense Forces repelled assaults in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Borivska Andriivka, Holubivka, Zahryzove, and Novoplatonivka.
There were 28 combat clashes in the Lyman sector. The enemy attempted to advance near Hrekivka, Zelenyi Hai, Serednie, Shandryholove, Dronivka, Novyi Mir, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Shypylivka, and toward Druzheliubivka and Serebrianka.
In the Siversk sector,
Ukrainian troops repelled four enemy attacks in the Hryhorivka area.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy carried out three attacks in the Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, and Bila Hora areas.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy attacked
Ukrainian units four times in the Toretsk area.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the Defense Forces stopped 61 assaults by the aggressor near the settlements of Rusyn Yar, Myroliubivka, Zatyshok, Lysivka, Popiv Yar, Myrnohrad, Zvirove, Udachne, Oleksiivka, Novoukrainka, Maiak, Novoekonomichne, Kotlyne, Dachne, and toward Pokrovsk, Pankivka, Volodymyrivka, and Sukhetske.
In the Novopavlivka sector,
Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 attacks by invaders in the areas of Zaporizhzhia, Zirka, Piddubne, Oleksandrohrad, Shevchenko, Maliivka, Temyrivka, Voskresenka, and Vilne Pole.

Zelensky in night address touches on controversial law stripping anti-corruption agencies of independence but ignores protests

"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has not commented in his night address on the
signing of the law stripping the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) of their independence, nor on the related protests which have taken place. For a long time, there was no reaction on the Office of the President's website or
Zelensky's social media accounts to the controversial bill approved by the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament). Meanwhile, the heads of NABU and SAPO had called on the president not to sign the document.

Zelensky announces date of next Russia-Ukraine talks

"The next round of direct peace talks between
Russia and Ukraine will take place in Türkey on Wednesday, Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky announced in a video statement on Telegram on Monday.
