100 FT. TSUNAMI IN ALASKAN THE FJORD DISAPPEARED - GEOLOGISTS ISSUE WARNING

"A large landslide occurred in Tracy Arm Fjord, southeastern Alaska, triggering a tsunami estimated to have reached up to one hundred feet (thirty meters) in height near its origin. According to data from the
U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the Alaska Earthquake Center, this event resulted from a massive slope collapse near the terminus of the South Sawyer Glacier. Eyewitnesses described sudden roaring sounds, dramatic changes in water levels, and significant landscape transformation. " YT
