Russian air defense missile hits oil tank at Moscow refinery

"One of the explosions at the Moscow Oil Refinery in the mass attack was caused by missile from Russian air defense system, as of OSINT analysis of social media footage, published by Astra Telegram channel.
The video, captured by an eyewitness to the strike, recorded the moment immediately preceding the explosion of one of the reservoirs at the Moscow Oil Refinery.
Astra wrote that the explosion occurred right after the missile launch and subsequent impact on the facility. A vapor trail is also visible, allowing observers to determine the flight path of the missile." NV
