Over 20 injured as 5.7 magnitude quake jolts Japan

"More than 20 people were injured after a 5.7-magnitude earthquake struck central Japan early Sunday, Japan Today reported. The tremor rattled several areas, shattering shop windows and prompting people to flee buildings. No tsunami warning was issued.
The earthquake struck at around 1.04 am local time, with its epicenter in the western part of Shizuoka Prefecture, at a depth of approximately 40 km, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA)." msn

Explosions heard on Qeshm Island, multiple locations in Iran

"Explosions were heard in multiple locations in Iran, including Qeshm Island, Sirik, Bandar Abbas, and Jask Port, on Saturday evening, according to Iranian state media reports.
Two explosions were first heard on the eastern side of Iran’s Qeshm Island on Saturday evening, according to Iranian state media outlet IRNA.

Iranian state media outlet ISNA then reported additional explosions in Bandar Abbas and Sirik.
Earlier on Saturday, President Donald Trump confirmed that the U.S. conducted a “minor strike” on Qeshm Island in the early morning hours. Iranian semi-official Tasnim News Agency said that two missiles had struck the island during the overnight strike.
A similar, limited strike on Qeshm Island occurred on Monday. A U.S. official told The Jerusalem Post that the strike was ordered in response to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) attempting to target an American aircraft with a missile launched from the island.
Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on X/Twitter that a commercial vessel in the Gulf of Oman was struck and disabled by a precision munition after it attempted to violate the naval blockade." msn

199 combat engagements on front line

"A total of 199 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded along the front line.
Russian airstrikes also targeted Vilna Sloboda, Ivolzhanske, Chernechchyna, Tokari and Sumy.
Rocket and artillery units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck one Russian artillery gun.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, Ukrainian forces repelled four enemy attacks. Russian troops launched nine airstrikes using 20 guided aerial bombs

(KABs) and carried out 126 shelling attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna direction, Ukrainian units repelled eight Russian attacks towards Kozacha Lopan, Radkivka and Okhrimivka, as well as near Vovchansk, Tsehlynе and Vovchanski Khutory.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled five attempts by Russian troops to break through their defensive lines towards Lyman and near the settlement of Kolodiazi.
In the Sloviansk direction, Russian forces launched four attacks towards Pyskunivka and Mykolaivka, as well as near the settlement of Ozerne.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops carried out one assault, attacking towards Mykolaivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, 23 Russian attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive operations near Kostiantynivka and Vilne, as well as towards Mykolaipillia, Novopavlivka and Zolotyi Kolodiaz.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces launched nine attacks. They attempted to advance near Novyi Donbas, Novohryshyne and Molodetske, as well as towards Dobropillia, Serhiivka and Novopidhhorodne."
