"A strong magnitude 5.3 earthquake occurred in the Celebes Sea near Sarangani Island island,

Philippines, in the afternoon at 4.13 pm local time (Asia/Manila GMT +8). The quake had a shallow depth of 69 km (43 mi) and was not felt (or at least not reported so)." VD
