5.6 Earthquake - Mendocino County, 69 mi northwest of Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, United States

"A strong magnitude 5.6 earthquake hit 112 km (69 mi) away from Santa Rosa, California,
United States, in the morning at 8.10 am local time (America/Los Angeles GMT -7). The quake had a very shallow depth of 8.9 km (5.5 mi) and was felt over a large region. The shallow depth of the quake caused it to be felt more strongly near the epicenter than a deeper quake of similar magnitude would." VD
