Russia allows grain ships to leave Sea of Azov through Nov. 15

"Russian authorities have issued permits for grain ships to leave the Sea of Azov for export for the first time since July 10, Reuters reported on Oct. 28, citing seven industry sources.

The sources said permits to pass through the Kerch Strait would be issued through Nov. 15.
Bloomberg, citing sources, reported that the Sea of Azov port administration had temporarily authorized ships to leave the ports of Temryuk and Kavkaz." NV
