Earthquake strikes Alaska

"A 5.9 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Alaska's Aleutian Islands the U.S.
Geological Survey said.
The strong quake hit around 241 kilometers (150 miles) west of the remote Alaskan settlement of Adak at 11:07 a.m. UTC (7:07 a.m. ET). It was deep, with the USGS recording a depth of 133.7 kilometers." AP
