"At least 15 people have been confirmed dead and 10 others remain missing after severe flooding and landslides struck Bali and East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The disaster was triggered by torrential rainfall associated with an atmospheric Rossby wave, according to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).
