"Russian forces have launched 74 attacks on Ukrainian Defense Forces' positions.
Russian troops continue to shell Ukraine's border areas with artillery. The settlements of Korenok, Neskuchne, Volfyne, Yastrubshchyna, Bachivsk, Potapivka, Tovstodubove, and Hirky in the Sumy region, as well as Haty in the Chernihiv region, came under fire throughout the day.
Russian aircraft also carried out strikes on the city of Sumy.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders and Russian forces engaged in one combat clash. Russian troops shelled Ukrainian positions and nearby settlements 39 times in this sector, including two attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces launched three assaults near Lyman, Hryhorivka, and Kolodiazne. Two engagements are still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled two Russian attempts to advance near Petropavlivka and Podoly.
In the Lyman sector, Russian troops made five attempts to advance near Druzheliubivka, Stavky, and Dibrova. One battle is still underway.
The Sloviansk sector remains one of the most active, with Russian forces carrying out 19 attacks near Kryva Luka, Zakitne, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and Riznykivka. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian troops launched seven attacks near Fedorivka Druha, Malynivka, and Nykyforivka. One clash continues.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian forces attempted eight assaults near Ivanopillia, Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Rusyn Yar. One battle is still in progress.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian troops made 18 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian forces from their positions near Kucheriv Yar, Shakhove, Sofiivka, Bilytske, Nykanorivka, Dorozhnie, Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Serhiivka, Kamianka, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Udachne, and Novopidhorodnie. Three combat engagements remain ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, Russian forces launched three assaults near Voskresenka, Oleksandrohrad, and Piddubne. One battle continues.
In the Huliaipole sector, Russian troops attacked five times near Dobropillia, Hirke, Tsvitkove, and Vozdvyzhivka. One engagement is still underway.
