"Ukraine is negotiating with India, Turkey, and Egypt regarding the resumption of civilian shipping in the Black Sea, particularly the export of agricultural products. Ukraine is unable to handle the volume of agricultural shipments using rail transport alone. Bloomberg notes that Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea are capable of handling up to 40 million metric tons of grain annually.. India, Turkey, and Egypt have offered to ensure the safe passage of ships flying their flags. These ships will call at both Ukrainian and Russian ports to transport grain. Ukrainian leader emphasized that Russia, the aggressor country, opposes this plan, despite regular appeals from Indian, Turkey, and Egyptian mediators." UN
