3.0 magnitude earthquake strikes New Jersey, tremors felt in parts of NY

"A small earthquake rocked parts of New Jersey and New York on Saturday night, according
to officials.

The magnitude 3.0 quake struck six miles beneath the ground in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, at 10:18 p.m., according to the United States Geological Survey.
The Bergen County borough is roughly 13 miles from Midtown, with tremors reported being felt in parts of Upper Manhattan, including Hell’s Kitchen, as well as Riverdale in The Bronx and even Staten Island. No injuries or damages were immediately reported in New York City." NYP
