The Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery is located in Samara Oblast and is owned by Rosneft. The facility has a design capacity of about 8.8 million metric tons of crude oil per year.
The refinery has been targeted by drones several times. It temporarily suspended operations following previous attacks.
Other Russian oil refineries, including facilities in Perm and Nizhnekamsk, have also come under attack recently." msn
